• Lead a team of events team members
• Ensure customer experience standards and timeliness standards are consistently met
• Efficiently coordinate catering needed for off-site events
• Maintain the food trailer
• Collaborate with the Front of House and Back of House to ensure catering orders and off-site events run smoothly
• Benefit from learning opportunities with experienced Operators and Restaurant Leaders

Position Type:

• Full time
• Very flexible day time and night time hours needed. Scheduling during the warmer months would include daytime and evening events.
• Must be 18+ years old.

• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to take initiative and problem solve 
• Ability to speak English (bi-lingual a plus!)
• Ability to work in hot, noisy, and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure and respond to changes to orders quickly and efficiently
• Reliable transportation 
• Basic reading, writing and math skills
