Job Description

REPORTS TO: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As a passionate advocate for the pro-life movement, Live Action is seeking a full-time Events Marketing Manager to drive marketing efforts for our pro-life events. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative marketer with experience in event promotion, digital marketing, and audience engagement. This role is responsible for ensuring our events reach and inspire a broad audience, driving participation and impact.

The Events Marketing Manager must be highly organized, innovative, and deeply committed to the mission of Live Action. This role offers significant potential for growth and the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, highly productive team. The position can be remote, with a preference for candidates based in Southern California.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to promote in-person and virtual pro-life events, including conferences, fundraisers, and community outreach programs.
  • Creating and managing advertising campaigns across digital platforms, social media, email, and print media to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Overseeing event branding and messaging to ensure consistency with the organization’s mission and values.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, churches, and partner organizations to maximize event visibility and participation.
  • Managing event-related social media content, including promotional graphics, videos, and engagement strategies.
  • Analyzing event marketing performance and adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Assisting in sponsorship and partnership outreach to enhance event success.
  • Supporting event logistics, including registration, audience engagement, and post-event follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Planning, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing, nonprofit marketing, or digital promotions.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, email campaigns, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as email platforms, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
  • Experience working with faith-based or advocacy organizations is a plus.
  • Passion for pro-life advocacy and alignment with the mission of Live Action.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for events.
