I’m a founder running fast — scaling systems, closing five-figure deals, and solving high-leverage problems daily. My world moves fast, and most people slow it down. I can’t afford that anymore.
I’m looking for an operator-style assistant who doesn’t just take tasks — they _anticipate patterns_, _track chaos_, and _close loops without being told_.
This role will start with lightweight support but will grow quickly into high-trust execution. If you’re sharp, think in systems, and want to be close to someone doing real work at speed — read on.

### **✅ YOU’LL BE DOING:**
* Tracking deals, client flows, and follow-ups so **money doesn’t leak**
* Clipping tasks from audio, DMs, and notes into systems (Airtable / Notion / Voice Memo → Post)
* Light research, sorting data, organizing content
* Helping me _move_ — summarizing, reminding, and bringing clarity in the fog
* Eventually: helping document automations, system flows, and leads

* Pay: $500–$1,000/month depending on impact (with bonuses for clarity, speed, and ROI)
