Executive Personal Assistant
Location: Hell’s Kitchen/Lincoln Square, NYC
Start Date:ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday, normal business hours (Hybrid; must be flexible for occasional after-hours or weekend needs)

About the Role
A dynamic executive – CEO, advisor, and frequent international traveler – is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support her fast-paced personal and professional life. This role blends corporate-level administrative skills with hands-on personal support and requires someone who thrives in a high-energy, ever-changing environment. Key Responsibilities
Household & Personal Support

• Coordinate household vendors, cleaners, and deliveries
• Grocery shop and ensure healthy meals are available
• Manage mail and packages; be on-site for maintenance or service appointments
• Assist with laundry (folding, putting away)
• Coordinate with her interior designer
• Handle errands (dry cleaning, post office, pet errands)
• Walk the poodle as needed
• Arrange petcare during travel

Administrative Support

• Manage email inbox and LinkedIn messages
• Prepare and manage spreadsheets; use appropriate corporate language in all communications
• Track expenses and forward to bookkeeper
• Provide calendar and travel support as needed

Qualifications

• College degree, strongly preferred.
• ​​​​​​​Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant (corporate or high-profile household)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy with strong email and spreadsheet skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and responsive 
• Able to handle both corporate-level tasks and hands-on personal support

Compensation: $35–$40/hour ($72,000-$84,000/year)
