Master Recruiter Skills: Utilize our Applicant Tracking System and other tools to streamline the recruitment process.
Become a Matchmaker: Conduct interviews, check references, and connect perfect-fit candidates with ideal jobs.
Stay on Top of Your Game: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends to deliver the best recruitment solutions.
Bonus points if you have:
Hospitality Experience (3-5 years): A strong understanding of the industry and its operations is a major plus.
Recruiting Know-How (3-5 years): Experience with recruiting tools and a hunger for success are key.
Stellar Network: A strong network of contacts within the hospitality industry is a game-changer.
