A large 3PL distributor in the Louisville area is in need of experienced Forklift Operators who can operate both a High Reach truck as well as a sit-down forklift. Must have recent experience; minimum of 1 year. This is a full-time temp to hire position on first shift; 7am to 3:30pm. Must be able to work any overtime that is called. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation. This position requires that there are zero attendance issues - call in's, late arrivals, or early departures, within the first 30 days. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team setting. This is not a sole forklift operator position, must be comfortable in completing other tasks as assigned, such as - preparing items for shipment, conducting quality checks when needed, maintaining the area's 5s as well as completing any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
