Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair residential and light commercial HVAC/R systems
• Ensure systems meet comfort, safety, and energy efficiency standards
• Present repair or replacement options professionally to customers
• Perform timely maintenance and system upgrades
• Maintain clean workspaces and company vehicle inventory
• Deliver excellent service following company and industry standards

Qualifications:

• EPA Certification (for R22 & 410A systems)
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC/R Service Technician experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry hermetic compressors (up to 5-ton capacity)
• Proficient in reading wiring schematics, controls, brazing, soldering, and welding
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the United States
