Job Description: Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for renewable energy Solar Works Energy is seeking dynamic and driven Solar Sales Representatives to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work with the largest residential solar installer in New Mexico receive the best industry training and achieve highincome potential.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to educate and inform them about the benefits of solar energy.
  
• Conduct sales presentations and consultations with homeowners.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referral business.
  
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales preferably in outside sales.
  
• Previous experience in the solar industry is highly desirable.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Selfmotivated with a high level of drive and ambition.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
