As an Express Service Advisor at Budd Baer Automotive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a crucial role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience in the service lane. From greeting customers to explaining the repair process and managing technician schedules, you’ll help guide our customers through every step of their vehicle’s service needs.
