Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities Eastridge is partnering with one of the leaders in Lighting and smart home products located in Pico Rivera and is seeking a Facilities Technician worker to start ASAP!. The schedule will be a Monday-Friday- 7 am to 330pm shift.

Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of systems across our facilities, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves working with electrical, mechanical, and some plumbing systems, as well as performing routine facility upkeep, safety inspections, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair lighting, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform safety inspections, including fire pump testing and forklift checks.
• Assist with projects and maintain facility cleanliness and organization.
• Operate forklifts, pallet riders, and other equipment.

Qualifications: BIG PLUS!

• Experience in industrial mechanics, HVAC, and facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, and hydraulics.
• Proficiency with hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and welding.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods, comfortable with heights, and able to work outdoors.
