This unique opportunity allows you to be prepared with a seasoned agent who will show you the ropes on how to sell, solicit, differentiate, and negotiate insurance plans to build your book of business. • Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency’s greater financial goals
• Generate accurate insurance quotes by leveraging accurate data, customer information, and available insurance rates
• Uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products by treating each client contact as a chance to generate new and continued business
• Build the skills and confidence necessary to achieve self-sufficiency as an insurance agent with your mentor
• Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals
• Handle customer inquiries
• Sell and solicit/provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Must successfully complete a background check
• Must display strong leadership and communication skills
• Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships
• Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses
• At least one year of experience working in sales or the insurance industry desired
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be willing to obtain an Insurance License
