Field Service Technician

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to provide high-quality service and support for our clients in various industries, ensuring that their equipment operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service operations with expertise in electrical systems and installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with lighting, cable, and junction boxes to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial, commercial, and residential systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in the utilities or electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation procedures, and safety protocols.
• Experience working with lighting systems and cable installations is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
