Contract Duration: 2 months
Worksite Location: Wyoming, MN
Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Full time or Part time opportunity (must be within the 8:00am-5:00pm business hours)

What you’ll do as a Filing & Office Assistant:

Learn and apply filing procedures and requirements to ensure consistency and compliance.
Organize and sort employee paperwork accurately by both alphabet and document type.
File documents into existing personnel files or create new files as needed.
Maintain filing systems by ensuring personnel files are stored properly and securely.
Support additional administrative and filing-related tasks as assigned.

What you’ll bring to the Filing & Office Assistant role:

Bachelor’s degree required; HR or Business Administration preferred.
2–3 years of professional office experience, with prior filing experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to work with confidential documentation and maintain discretion.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience with Workday is helpful but not required.
