Job Description

Looking for bilingual and experienced final construction clean supervisor. Must have reliable transportation and report directly to jobsite. Applicant will drive company vehicles from time to time so you must have a valid Texas driver’s license, have a clean driving record, pass a background check and drug test. Typical hours of operations are 7:00-3:30 but often work later to meet deadlines. From time to time weekend and holiday shifts are to be covered.

Responsibilities:

o Set up and prepare for job before arriving. This includes:

  1. Reading and understanding scope of work and communicate to crew what is expected.
  2. know start and finish date.
  3. Bring proper material and equipment to get job done correctly (company provided)
  4. have a copy of the floor plans.
  5. Communicating with your direct manager if you see any challenges.

O Must have extensive experience of stripping and waxing floors. Operating machinery such as low speed and auto scrubber.

o Must be able to use company software to submit timesheets, daily logs, change orders and any future policies and procedures rolled out.

O Work with the designated team that is assigned to me.

  1. Make sure the team is prepared and knows their job function and expectations for each day

O Be ok with writing crew members up if needed and find replacement employees.

o Know labor hours to be used to and help drive company performance.

  1. Assist in managing labor budget.

o Communicate daily with the client while on the jobsite, ensuring that all expectations are being met daily.

o Communicate with management daily on performance and needs such as additional supplies needed, employee performance, etc.

o Deliver the best quality cleaning every time

o Ensure the job is completed by the client’s scheduled end date. If this means crew staying late, supervisor is responsible for getting crew to work late.

o Help train any new and/or inexperienced employees as well as correct bad habits of existing employees

o Manage and maintain the equipment, supplies and vehicle assigned to.

  1. fill out and participate in inventory logs and equipment/vehicle inspections.

o Attend supervisor meetings and safety trainings.

o Lead by example and do what is best for the company

o Report any incidences IMMEDIATELY to my Operations Manager.

o Must handle any other duties assigned.
