Job Description



In this role, you will oversee accounting, financial planning, compliance, and benefits administration, making a significant impact on our financial operations and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and oversee the external audit process.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial investments.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs and manage the annual benefits review process.
  • Develop and implement financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Evaluate and oversee the use of financial software and technology.

Qualifications



Qualifications

:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • CPA designation strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
  • Expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and financial planning skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
