• Provide financial analyst support to your assigned business group
• Participate in training sessions as assigned
• Learn financial and ERP systems deployed within the Group and learn group internal control systems and support improvement initiatives
• Prepare, monitor, and evaluate P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement
• Support general finance activities including but not limited to, account reconciliations, monthly, quarterly and year-end closings, financial underwriting, what-if analysis, budget process, and other activities as assigned
• Assist in providing sound financial analysis to support the business decision making process
• Monitor general ledger accounts and support all forecast and budget activities
• Prepare financial reports
• Administer all appropriate financial budgets as requested
• Support site Controllers with external and internal audits data requests
• Participate in physical inventory counts at manufacturing facilities as assigned
• Abide by Freudenberg Guiding Principles

Qualifications arrow_right

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
• 6+ months of practical finance experience through internships or academic projects
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Ability to work in multi-cultural context
• Good knowledge of financial tools such as Excel, SAP or Hyperion Financial Management
• Good relational and communication skills
• Flexibility, problem solving and priority setting oriented approach
