• Position Summary The Finance Intern will support the finance department in various tasks, including financial analysis, reporting, data entry, return on investment analysis and assisting with audits (depending on timing). This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment and to develop skills in finance, budgets, and strategic business partnering.
• Essential Functions :
  1. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including management reporting (Profit Center Result reports).
  2. Conduct financial analysis aimed at driving organizational impact and prioritization
  3. Assist in alliance reporting, tracking and coordination
  4. Support the finance team in the budgeting and forecasting process, including insights and storytelling around business evolution.
  5. Help with the reconciliation of accounts and preparation of journal entries.
  6. Assist with PowerPoint presentations for Sr. leadership and HQ
  7. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  8. Leverage automation tools to simplify and streamline processes
  9. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the finance team.
• Required Education, Experience, and Skills
  1. Degree or enrolled in college / university with focus on Accounting, Finance, or Business
  2. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (and other MS Office applications)
     • Experience with Power Point
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills
• Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills
  1. Previous internship or work experience in finance or accounting
  2. Familiarity with financial software tools (SAP, AFO)
• Travel Requirements
