Job Description:
The bilingual Spanish dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the schedules and routes for our service fleet, as well as communicating with customers in Spanish. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the schedules and routes for our service fleet
Assigning technicians to service calls and ensuring timely response times
Communicating with customers in Spanish to schedule service calls, answer questions, and provide updates on service requests
Monitoring technician progress and ensuring timely completion of service calls
Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work performed, and customer interactions
Providing administrative support to the service department as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in dispatching, preferably in a service-oriented environment
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
Familiarity with GPS tracking and routing software a plus
