Job Title: Flight Scheduler - Remote

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Flight Scheduler - Remote. In this role, you will be responsible for handling flight reservations, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with flight reservations, including booking flights, selecting seats, and arranging special accommodations as needed.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and advice to clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless booking experience.
• Collaborate with airlines and travel partners to secure the best available fares and options for clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel itineraries using our reservation system.
• Stay informed about airline policies, travel regulations, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information and guidance to clients.
• Handle administrative tasks related to flight reservations, such as processing payments, issuing tickets, and sending booking confirmations to clients.
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the agency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the travel industry, particularly in flight reservations or customer service, is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and online reservation platforms to process bookings and manage travel arrangements.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable travel experiences for clients.
