We're looking for a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our growing team.
Job Description
As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing and assembling floral arrangements with an eye for beauty, balance, and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking someone who brings fresh ideas to the table, enjoys working with their hands, and is willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Create original floral designs for events, holidays, and daily orders
Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the design studio
Prepare and process flowers and greenery
Keep up with trends in floral design and event decor
Assist with deliveries and setup as needed
Requirements
Bilingual - Spanish & English Fluency required.
Proven experience as a floral designer or similar role
Strong creative vision with an attention to detail
Knowledge of flower types, color theory, and seasonal blooms
Excellent time-management skills
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and during peak seasons
Preferred Qualifications
Formal training or certification in floral design
Experience with wedding or event floral arrangements
Customer service experience
