Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Concession Stand Worker to join our team Saturdays and Sundays . As a Concession Stand Worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all customers have a positive experience while at our concession stands. For eligible employees, bartender or barback duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in choosing their desired menu items
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Prepare and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concession stand
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure that all food products are fresh and safe for consumption
• Answer customers' questions about menu items and pricing
• Restock supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with other concession stand or bar workers to ensure smooth operation of the concession stand or bar

Qualifications:

• Friendly and customer-service oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math proficiency
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours every weekend
• Ability to pass a food handler's and/or TABC test
• Previous experience in a customer-service or food service role is a plus, but not required
