We are an Incontinence Manufacturing Company seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to support the efficient movement of goods within our distribution center. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Duties

• Operate forklifts, including clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and order pickers, to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate loading and unloading of goods.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in materials handling duties, including organizing and storing products in designated areas.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center setting.
• Familiarity with various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks, cherry pickers, and cranes.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes as well as materials handling best practices.
• Ability to operate a warehouse management system effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards (OSHA compliance).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Valid forklift operator certification is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
