Are you a dynamic educator, passionate about encouraging young people to explore the field of agriculture? We’re hiring for a freelance Subject Matter Expert with a background in teaching agriculture to high school students to write our agriculture content.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in the field of agriculture, with a solid understanding of appropriate and related educational content. Candidates must have teaching experience at the middle school or high school or level. You need to able to write in an engaging and conversational style appropriate for 13 to 17-year-olds.

 
This course will equip students with the foundational knowledge for a variety of opportunities immediately upon high school graduation. It will be a two-semester course, each with 8 units of study (units will consist of 5500 - 8000 words) and work is expected to begin immediately. As part of the hiring process, potential candidates may be invited to participate in a paid audition to demonstrate their ability to understand and meet standards, as well as write material at an appropriate level and in an engaging manner.

Responsibilities
Candidates must have and be familiar with Microsoft Word and willing to work in dropbox. They should be prepared to communicate and collaborate regularly with other team members.
