The Fableist Wine Co. is looking for new members for our production team. We are located in the El Pomar District AVA of Paso Robles. We as a company are hyper focused on creating a positive workplace, along with making incredible wine.

We are looking for someone with:

•  desire to learn the ins and outs of both small and large scale production

•  strong problem-solving skills
•  adaptability to fast paced winery work
•  ability to pick up and carry 50 pounds
•  ability to stand for long periods of time
•  strong aptitude for learning

•  collaborative personality
•  ability to commute to and from work and to travel between two cellars
•  openness to listening to constructive feedback and ability to thoughtfully share the same with others
•  foster inclusiveness to all people, no matter whether or not you understand someone else’s experience

Things that would be beneficial:
•  cellar experience, but not necessary with the right attitude and desire
•  capable of moderate conversing in Spanish
•  lab experience
•  ability to drive a forklift is a plus
•  interest in long term production work

Other Details:
•  This is a full-time position being offered, up to 40 hours per week to be expected in the off season, with plenty of overtime during the harvest season
•  Opportunity to work with hidden gem vineyards on the central coast and with many different varietals

Pay rate is $20/hour
