Berglund Automotive is a well-established and reputable automotive group with 10 locations, representing 20 different automotive brands throughout Southwest and Central Virginia. We are looking for a full-time receptionist for Berglund Toyota. This position offers a great chance to gain experience and knowledge about the automotive industry with an opportunity for advancement. Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage dealership switchboard and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Schedule appointments for customers and ensure proper documentation is completed.
• Keep reception area clean and organized.
• Receive and sort mail, process packages and deliveries.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Manage office supplies and retrieve inventory when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests at the dealership.
• Follow dealership policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operation.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Enjoy working with a team.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
