Responsibilities: + Lead and guide Investor Reporting team members, ensuring accuracy and insight. + Manage liquidity for investment vehicles and oversee payable workflows. + Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax matters. + Supervise and collaborate with external consultants, service providers, and joint venture partners. + Prepare monthly financial statements and quarterly investor reports. + Ensure compliance with REIT regulations. + Work across departments to support diverse company projects. + Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to company standards. + Maintain a positive, professional attitude and regular presence. Requirements + 8+ years in accounting within real estate, private equity, or financial services. + Open to Senior Manager/Directors auditing real estate investment firms + Experience in development, multi-family, or debt fund spaces is a plus. + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related + Public accounting experience, with CPA preferred. + Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; MRI and Juniper Square experience highly desirable. + Familiarity with partnership and fund accounting concepts, along with applicable technical standards. + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a drive to foster a positive work culture. + Motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven professional with a proactive approach.
