Laser Tag

• Check-in players when they arrive
• Provide superior customer service
• Work well with a team
• Assign equipment to guests
• Keep laser tag clean and maintained
• Recharge kits after use on the field
• Clean kits after on field use
• Complete opening and closing checklists
• Inform guests of all current and upcoming promotions
• Clearly communicate special customer requests for events
• Enforce game rules

Escape room

• Check-in players when they arrive
• Provide superior customer service
• Complete opening and closing checklists
• Explain and introduce the games' rules and story background.
• Monitoring the game progress to make sure players are having fun and following the rules.
• Provide hints to players when requested.
• Reset and clean the rooms after each game.
• Clean the rooms and fix broken props if there are any.
