*Provide real estate litigation advice and counseling, including pre-litigation disputes, litigation remediation, discovery, and related real estate litigation work, including oversight of outside counsel. *Advise and provide operational and legal advice on real estate matters for our development, construction, retail, home office, hospitality, and supply chain teams. *Review, negotiate and draft real estate contracts, including leases, lease amendments, purchase and sale agreements, letters of intent, and contractor, architect and other development agreements. $150,000 - $250,000
