*responsible for the full spectrum of legal M&A and other strategic acquisition-related activities including supporting the venture capital agenda. *interact with high-level executives, as well as outside counsel and play a key role in strategic negotiations that enable company to continue to expand our footprint in meaningful ways. *positively contribute to the execution of the Legal Department strategy by playing a key role in process improvement initiatives and partnering with line of business leaders to solve complex legal matters. *This role has a unique opportunity to identify new and improved business solutions and processes for the company regarding a wide variety of matters. $138,000.00 - $184,000.00
