Future Compensation Plans

While this role begins with equity compensation our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to key personnel upon milestones. Post our anticipated public token sale scheduled within the next six months we aim to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime roles.

The difference you will make:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and producing captivating graphics for our companys marketing social media and other digital platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles and the ability to bring visual elements to life through design.

Responsibilities :

1. Conceptualize and design graphics that enhance the user experience and effectively communicate key messages on our social media and marketing applications.
2. Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of graphics with the overall visual design and branding guidelines.
3. Develop design for various website elements such as headers banners social media poster flyer and others
4. Create illustrations icons and visual effects that complement the social content and messaging.
5. Stay uptodate with the latest design trends techniques and emerging technologies related to graphic design.
6. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for enhancing the visual appeal and user engagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
2. Proven experience in graphic design specifically for marketing projects.
3. Proficient in graphics software such as Photoshop Illustrator or similar tools.
4. Strong understanding of design principles.
5. Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a Creative Designer Graphic Designer Digital Artist or similar role.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Strong problemsolving and communication skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Ability to deliver at stipulated time and attend all required meetings
10. Candidate must have a good working design system and strong internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with interactive design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop Illustrator).
2. Knowledge of frontend web development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus
3. A portfolio demonstrating exceptional graphic design work for marketing and social projects.
