We are seeking a skilled Grinder Polisher to join our team in Hendersonville, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and precision of our products through expert grinding and polishing techniques. This is an important role! Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements.
• Operate surface grinders and manual grinders to achieve desired finishes on various materials.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while working in the facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grinding and polishing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and technical specifications.
• Experience operating surface grinders and manual grinders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
