The West YMCA would love to welcome to the team instructors for the studio including: Yoga, Pilates, TRX, bootcamp, freestyle chair strength and mobility classes, functional strength, sculpt and open to starting new and unique classes tailored to your expertise.

Also, LES MILLS BODYPUMP™, LESMILLS BODYBALANCE, LESMILLS COMBAT™, LESMILLS SHAPES, LESMILLS STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT.

Home location West Y, plus ability to sub and teach in all locations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides high quality, safe and motivating instruction; provides adaptations based on individual needs.
• Increases member retention by providing personalized member experiences and building positive relationships with and among members, staff, volunteers and/or guests. Creates a supportive and uplifting community environment.
• Facilitates the development of small communities, helping members to connect with other members.
• Works well independently and on a team.
• Ensures the safety of all members and guests.
• Be available to support fellow instructors by subbing where possible. Teaching is available in all 3 locations.

Position Skills and Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous teaching experience desired but will train the right person
• National Instructor group exercise certification or the desire to obtain certification for the right fit.
