Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Perform luxurious scalp treatments using our signature Crown & Raine techniques • Deliver an unforgettable guest experience that blends touch, serenity, and personalization • Educate clients on scalp health, customized aftercare, and product recommendations • Build strong client relationships that lead to rebooking and referrals • Maintain a clean, beautiful, calming treatment space • Uphold our brand standards in care, professionalism, and hospitality Qualifications: You Are: • Licensed Cosmetologist (or currently enrolled & close to licensure) • Passionate about wellness, beauty, and the guest experience • Comfortable in a luxury environment — soft-spoken, elegant, attentive • Motivated by service excellence and client satisfaction • A team player who wants to grow with a fast-scaling brand • Driven to learn our unique system & techniques (we provide full training) About Company: About Crown & Raine: Crown & Raine Headspa & Blow Dry Bar is redefining what it means to relax, refresh, and recharge.
