我们正在为一所上海的高中招聘科学组长，到岗时间为2025年8月。 岗位职责牵头高中部双语科学课程教学计划的制定和实施，执行集团科学学本课程并带领团队不断改进学本的编写和使用。参与集团组织的高中科学课程设计和教材编写工作，参加相关的各类线上和线下会议与培训。以全英文或双语进行高中科学学科的教学；引领高中部科学课堂教学模式变革，打造以学生为中心、以探究学习为核心的科学课堂组织学科组开设课后选修课程，丰富跨年级、跨学科的科学教育机会组织和领导学科组会议和教研，促进教师之间的交流与合作，分享教学经验和资源参与学校活动、家长面谈、职业发展会议等完成学校布置的其它任务 任职要求硕士及以上理科相关专业具有理科教学经验者优先教师资格证良好的交流能力，中英文流利 薪资福利月薪20k起寒暑假 Job responsibilitiesLead the development and implementation of teaching plans for the High School Bilingual Science Integrated Curriculum, implement the Group's Science textbook curriculum and lead the team to continuously improve the development and use of the textbook.Participate in the design of the high school Science integrated curriculum and the development of teaching materials organized by the Group, and attend various related online and offline meetings and trainings.Teach high school Science subjects in full English or bilingual;To lead the change of the teaching mode of Science classroom in the high school, and to create a student-centered science classroom with inquiry learning at its coreOrganizing discipline groups to offer after-school elective courses to enrich cross-grade and cross-disciplinary Science education opportunitiesOrganize and lead subject group meetings and teaching and research, promote communication and cooperation among teachers, and share teaching experience and resourcesParticipate in school activities, parent interviews, professional development meetings, etc.Completing other tasks assigned by the school Job requirementsMaster degree or above in the Science subjectTeaching certificateTwo or more years teaching experience in ScienceExcellent communications skillsFluent in English and Mandarin Salary and benefitsMonthly salary is at least 20k RMBSummer and winter vacations
