This is a full-time position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Central time. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $23.12, and after 90 days of employment, full-time employees are eligible for benefits. Additionally, a 401(k) with a company match is available for those who complete one year of service on our eligibility dates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via telephone, internet, or written correspondence.
- Engage with clients, offering personalized consultations and education based on their specific needs and understanding of our healthcare plans.
- Ensure a positive service experience that guides clients effectively through their care journey.

Requirements:

- Must reside in Illinois.
- Previous call center experience, with a preference for those with healthcare call center background.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days.
