Customer Service Agent - Government Client (Remote)

Important Information:
This position is for a government client, and you will need to successfully pass a thorough background check.

What You'll Do as a Customer Service Agent:
As part of our team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers with a focus on providing a great experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Demonstrating empathy and a strong customer focus in every interaction
Confidently providing accurate information by using online reference materials
Effectively utilizing technical systems, including desktop applications, call center-specific phone systems, and the internet
Meeting quality assurance standards and performance metrics
Educating and answering customer questions, ensuring they have the most up-to-date information about the program
Following established protocols while handling confidential information with discretion
Maintaining a reliable, high-speed internet connection (note: cellular data is not permitted) and being able to connect via an Ethernet cable
Requirements to Succeed in This Role:

High school diploma or GED (required)
Certification in a healthcare-related field (required)
Previous experience in customer service (required)
Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate technical systems
A reliable internet connection suitable for remote work
The ability to pass a language knowledge assessment
Nice to Have (Not Required):

Bilingual in Spanish
Previous experience with government clearance
