Job Description

Overview: We're looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join a supportive team in a dynamic call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls while ensuring accurate updates to patient information. You will use your computer skills to enter and manage data, all while adhering to the guidelines set by the Federal Health Care Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a busy call center setting.
Update and maintain patient data with a focus on accuracy and detail.
Enter data into computer systems efficiently and accurately.
Operate in compliance with Federal Health Care Program guidelines to ensure quality service.
Requirements:

Ability to pick up equipment from a location in Irving.
Experience with medical insurance is required.
Previous experience in a medical call center is a plus but not required.
Must have an active internet connection installed and the ability to work from home.
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work with dual monitors.
A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a great work ethic.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
