Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will help maintain accurate patient data, and your computer proficiency will be essential for efficient data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
Ensure patient information is updated accurately and in a timely manner.
Perform data entry tasks using various computer systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Follow the guidelines set by the Federal Health Care Program to maintain compliance.
Provide helpful, professional assistance to patients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Requirements:

Ability to pick up equipment from Irving, if necessary.
Prior experience with medical insurance is required.
Previous experience in a medical call center is a plus, but not mandatory.
Must have reliable internet access and the ability to work from home.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to navigate dual monitors.
A positive work attitude with a willingness to assist others and work as part of a team.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
