Position Overview:

Join our team as a Remote Medical Call Center Specialist where you'll play an important role in supporting patients by managing inbound and outbound calls. You'll update and verify patient information, assist with inquiries related to healthcare coverage, and provide compassionate, knowledgeable support in a call center environment. This position operates under the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and assisting patients with inquiries.
Update and maintain patient data in our system with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Perform data entry tasks using multiple computer systems, adhering to HIPAA and federal healthcare regulations.
Provide clear, supportive communication, creating a positive experience for every patient.
Qualifications:

Location Requirement: Must be able to pick up equipment from our office in Irving, Texas.
Experience: Prior experience with medical insurance is required; experience in a medical call center setting is highly preferred but not required.
Technical Requirements: Must have reliable internet access and the ability to work from a dedicated home office.
Skills: Ability to multi-task efficiently, using dual monitors, while navigating multiple systems during calls.
Attitude: A positive approach and a willingness to support patients and teammates.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
