• Maintaining a positive working relationship with all clients, families, and the office team.
• Assisting clients with adult daily living activities listed on their personalized plan of care. •

Personal care including bathing, dressing, incontinent care and feeding.

• Assist with transfers, ambulation, use of lifting devices when needed.
• Meal prep and light housekeeping including laundry.
• Grocery shopping/running quick local errands. • Companionship
• Promote personal dignity of each client by ensuring privacy and treating them with respect.
• one-on-one assistance to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
• Medication reminders
• Other essential duties listed on the clients plan of care.
