We have been growing the Fort brand since 2018, and have recently moved into a brand new 25,00 sq. foot facility with amazing amenities such as: -Expansive outdoor patio with a state-of-the-art sound system and retractable roof -Brand new brew system and canning line -Wine Room with extensive wine selection -Barrel Room with carefully select barrels for beer conditioning -Beer and Wine training and reimbursable certification for staff. Job Description: At Fort Brewery, we are all about creating a great experience for our guests. As part of the hospitality committee, you would be on the front line of greeting our guests and help set the tone for the rest of their experience. Responsibilities:

• Creating a great first impression for guests as they visit our business.
• Help with reservations/big parties
• Making our guest feel welcome and cared for.
• Being a tour guide for the Fort Brewery experience.
• Treat each guest like an individual and catering the experience to the guests’ needs
• Treat each guest as if they were a visitor to your home.
• Be warm, friendly, inviting, and always ready with a genuine smile.
• Use language that is professional and welcoming.
• Help manage table seating and reservations.
• Escort guests to their tables or other areas of the facility.
• Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help with the flow of seating.
• Support the waitstaff when needed.
• Be able to lift up to 25lbs.
