Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest’s stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property’s vision, mission, and core values. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working overnight and thrive in a guest-focused environment. • Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.
• Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records.
• Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings.
• Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
• Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
