The HR & Training Manager plays a critical role in supporting Uncommon Hospitality’s people, culture, and operational excellence. This position oversees day-to-day human resources functions while ensuring compliance, consistency, and care in all people practices. The role also supports the development of training programs and manuals that empower managers to onboard, train, and support their teams effectively, while serving as a champion of Uncommon Hospitality’s values. We are excited to add this role to our small but expanding team and this is a great opportunity for anyone that is motivated by creating and developing a newly organized department.
