Key Responsibilities: + The Intern project will focus on employee engagement of new hires by demonstrating technology and creativity to innovate our onboarding processes
+ Benchmarking HR processes to drive ideation and creation
+ Current and future process mapping
+ Business requirements gathering, quality assurance and user interface testing
+ Collaboration with HR professionals, leaders and vendors
+ Development of communication and instructional resources
+ Implementation of sustainment and audit plans
Skills and Qualifications: + Junior or Senior with a graduation date at or before Spring 2026
+ Education path for BS/BA in related subject area
+ Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Access, Word)
+ Understanding of project management methodology preferred but not required
+ Ability to cull, manipulate, and standardize data and proficiency in one or more of the following:Access(queries and macros),Excel(formulas and macros),SQL(SSRS - data visualizations, SSMS - data modeling, SSIS - ETL management) and/orPower BI
Non-Exempt Hourly Pay Rate: $21
