Job Description
LaSalle Network has partnered with a major manufacturing company looking to hire a contract HRIS Business Analyst. The primary focus will be working on an HR project, involving an ADP implementation, significant interface work, and a Kronos system refresh.
HRIS Business Analyst Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to the HRIS project. This includes understanding workflows, processes, and needs specific to the company’s HR functions, and translating them into clear functional specifications
- Work closely with technical teams to identify and define system interfaces between the Kronos system and other enterprise applications. Ensure seamless data integration and effective communication between systems
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, HR teams, and IT professionals to ensure smooth communication and alignment of project goals
- Analyze data flow and assist in identifying data quality issues. Assist with the development of reports and dashboards, ensuring the HR systems provide accurate and timely information
- Support the testing of the new HR system functionalities, interfaces, and integrations. Document test cases, track issues, and provide feedback to the development team to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Assist in change management efforts related to the HR project, helping to ensure that the implementation of new systems or processes is smooth and well-received by the organization
HRIS Business Analyst Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR systems or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of ADP and Kronos Workforce Management systems required.
- Experience in working on interface and integration projects, especially in connecting HR systems with other business applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, assess options, and implement solutions efficiently.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to work independently or in a team environment to meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
