Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is vital in supporting the full spectrum of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of human capital management systems and employment laws. Duties

  • Manage talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates via ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, and Lever.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation programs, and training & development initiatives to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • Oversee employee evaluation procedures, performance management systems, and succession planning efforts.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage benefits-related inquiries using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, and Paylocity.
  • Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
  • Support change management projects and organizational design initiatives aligned with strategic planning goals.
  • Handle employee relations issues with effective conflict management strategies while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and data collection related to HR metrics within HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM and Workday.
  • Assist in the administration of contracts, payroll processing, and workforce management activities using Kronos or Dayforce systems.
  • Contribute to social media management for employer branding efforts and internal communications.
  • Support HR sourcing efforts through social media channels and other recruitment tools to attract top talent.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles with familiarity in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, ADP, or similar systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law including FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and affirmative action planning.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management, organizational design, performance management systems, and training & development programs.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations effectively and handle sensitive situations professionally.
