What You'll Do

As the Human Resources Director, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, driving a positive and inclusive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with the property’s operational goals.

• Talent Management : Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top-tier hospitality professionals.
• Employee Relations : Foster a workplace environment where team members feel valued, supported, and inspired.
• Policy Implementation : Ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards, maintaining best practices.
• Learning & Development : Create and execute training programs that empower employees to excel in their roles.
• Compensation & Benefits : Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring competitive offerings.
• Leadership Support : Partner with property leadership to address workforce challenges and support strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For

• HR Expertise : A minimum of 5 years of HR leadership experience, ideally in luxury boutique hospitality.
• Strategic Vision : Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive team engagement and business success.
• Passion for Excellence : A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.
• Problem-Solver : Adept at handling complex situations with discretion and diplomacy.
• Knowledge of Employment Law : Comprehensive understanding of Florida labor laws and regulations.
