This position is 80% Talent Acquisition responsibilities and 20% Generalist responsibilities. This position is also hybrid and will work from home 4x a week and report to the Las Vegas office 1x day a week.
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, selecting and hiring the best candidates to join the TrueNet team. This position owns the strategic sourcing recruiting process: from working with hiring managers on position requirements to the closing and offer stage. This position also supports our Spanish speaking managers and employees. This is a high volume, high touch position that requires a passion high volume fast paced recruiting and for developing sourcing strategies, searching for top talent and assessing talent. The Human Resources Specialist also processes new hires and terminations, employee relations, benefits, compensation and human resource information systems. Evaluates job functions and duties to the organizational goals. Develops, evaluates, and consults human resource practices within an area of specialty. Ensures operations meet all workplace regulations. ( This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)
