Your New Role

As the HVAC/Electrical Install Project Manager , you’ll be the go-to leader ensuring smooth, high-quality installations for our customers. Based in Rocky Mount, VA , you’ll oversee installation teams, manage project expectations, and maintain company standards. Your day-to-day will include:

• Supervising and coordinating installation projects for HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ensuring installers have the materials and resources they need to complete jobs efficiently.
• Conducting quality inspections and ensuring proper commissioning of installs.
• Acting as a key liaison between sales staff and installers to ensure project success.
• Minimizing callbacks, property damage, and safety incidents.
• Maintaining company assets, including vehicles, tools, and software.

• Experience: 3-5 years in HVAC installer, electrical installer, or project management position
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Leadership: Strong project management and team coordination skills
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use hand/power tools
• Safety & Compliance: Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
• Professionalism: Good driving record, clean background, and culture fit
• Screening: Must pass a background check and drug test
