We are currently hiring a skilled and dependable In-House Journeyman Flooring Installer to join our team. This position is full-time and year-round, with installation assignments across various job sites. Reporting directly to our In-House Installation Director, you will work on a range of flooring materials while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
Install various flooring types, including carpet, carpet tile, vinyl, luxury vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and ceramic.
Collaborate with team members to complete installations on time and to company standards.
Travel as needed for out-of-town projects (including potential overnight stays).
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
Minimum 7 years of experience as a journeyman or lead flooring installer.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in installation or related trade.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Reliable and professional, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Starting wage up to $30 per hour , based on experience.
Production bonuses available based on job completion and quality.
